installation and use directions are out of date

It doesn't compile in the newest cython. Compile requires downgrade to cython 0.27.3. (link)
It also wants for keras, which is part of the example instructions, but not part of the installation.

The file-structure was such that it required some adjustments to make the script work. I put scikit and eforest in the same folder and then I was able to adjust it to work well.
