Device tree differs much from 4028E? #1

Common Alcatel 3 4.5 phones on Brazil are the 4028E model (as example of mine). It differs from this regards device tree? Also, the kernel source isn't available for 28E model.

it's a different chipset which means this tree won't work.

Would you need its firmware?
