  1. The hamburger menu icon is too small / hard to tap, especially with a thumb. Should be made bigger (at least the 'hit area'). Alternative way to open the side menu could be 'swipe right' gesture.
  2. The delete / favorite icons above recipes look very unnatural and do not feel intuitive to use. I would recommend having a tree-dot menu next to the recipe's title and have these options be there instead.
  3. Search bar feels (slightly) too small. In my opinion, there should be more space above and below "Search recipes" text.
  4. I haven't measured it in any way, but the space above recipe title and below recipe title feels a bit uneven, like there's more space above than below. Another thing is that there should be more empty space between each recipe, at least in my opinion. Not too much though, just a little.
  5. There is no toast message when tapping on the 'add to favorite' icon, which can make it unclear what this button does.
  6. There's no search / magnifier glass icon on the search bar. I think it should be added, for the sake of clarity and to make the UI easier to understand at a glance.

Hello @dogyx! Thank you for the suggestions, it is a very valuable feedback!
I will consider all of them in details later, but I wanted to ask you to double-check the first one. I think the "swipe right" gesture is already implemented, can you try that now?

Thanks for considering my suggestions!
I tried doing the gesture again, and you're right - it is implemented. Though it is not great as you have to start dragging from the very edge of the display. This is rather uncomfortable, especially on larger screens like tablets. I would expect to be able to do the gesture from anywhere on screen as that is how it works in other applications that I have tried and is the reason why I initially though this feature was not implemented.
There is another issue with it - the swipe gesture does not work at all if you have gesture navigation enabled instead of the traditional 3-button navigation as it thinks the user is trying to trigger the 'go back' action instead.
