IE下拖动滚动条后出现KISSY组件事件失效 #732

　　KISSY组件，例如DatePicker或Overlay的Dialog等等，在IE下（WIN7的IE V11），如果拖动或改变过IE滚动条的位置后，则同页面中KISSY组件事件许多失效。
　　我测试http://docs.kissyui.com/1.4/source/raw/demo/date/demo3.html，将IE窗口拉小出现滚动条，拖动几下滚动条滑块后，这时BUG出现，再点击日历中的日期事件失效。另外测试http://docs.kissyui.com/1.4/source/raw/demo/overlay/demo8.html，将DIALOG移到浏览器边缘或者将IE窗口拉小出现滚动条后，拖动几下滚动条滑块后，这时BUG出现，DIALOG上的DRAG和RESIZE的插件，同页面的BUTTON等都没反应。
　　我在CHROME中测试发现正常，IE下有没有改正办法？跪求解决办法，急！！！
