cant run pyxel command

I'm not sure but this can happen if multiple Python are installed. How many versions of Python do you have?

Update: ok. The problem is not the number of versions.

Try pip uninstall pyxel and then pip install pyxel.

the same thing happens, it didnt help

Edit: installing it worked but i still cant access the command, will try restarting the pc
Edit 2: nothing works, trying to add this to PATH rn
Edit 3: Nothing, nothing at all, only change ive gotten is that it unusually installed it in appdata/roaming/python, etc..
Edit 4: FOUND PYXEL.EXE AND IT WORKED CLOSING THIS ISSUE RN
