Explain usage procedure of kitovu, better usage guidance in kitovu via UI.

Questions that arose during usability testing with users:

Why is there no "back"-button after a sync?
why can't I choose where data should be saved every time I sync files?
concept of config file uncleare, "edit config" button wasn't found at first
