Is https://github.com/kitsonk/bubba/blob/master/data/dojo2-repositories.json used? I ask because it is missing dojo/diagnostics and dojo/devtool, but the bot seems to find those repos just fine. So if this file is not being used it should be removed, or if it is being used, I can open a PR to update the repo list. :)
