syntax highlighting for F# #33

Would it be possible to add syntax highlighting for F#? F# is really
similar to OCaml, but usually uses the extension .fs.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Here is an example:
http://code.google.com/p/micado/source/browse/src/BioStreamFS/graph.fs

What is the expected output?  What do you see instead?
The source code is not highlighted. It would be nice to have syntax
highlighting.
