Virtual machine image could have better support for international keyboards #295

Most of people don't use US layout. Using the current virtual machine image assumes US keyboard. Unless the user knows how to change this it is not easy to type to characters like | ; : ? !.

It would give good user experience if the Keyboard Input Methods dialog would be open by default and it would allow user to pick his or her keyboard layout when they first start the virtual machine.

@kived says we should put a keyboard settings shortcut on the desktop.

Support for the VM was dropped recently and replaced by Docker, see https://hub.docker.com/r/kivy/buildozer
