toolchain build: no matching architecture in universal wrapper

• Cython version : 0.29.33

Describe the bug
I built libzbar:

toolchain build libzbar

And copy this library from intercom/ios-build/dist/lib/libzbar.a in intercom/phone/src/libs/libzbar.a. Because I couldn't find where in the phone will be this lib.

And then I try load lib in iPhone 5s:

I built my test lib for iPhone, and I can load it.
