I uploaded my app that I made with Kivy to the app store connect and after they reviewed it I get the following,

We discovered that the content didn’t load after lauched.

Review device details:

• Device type: iPad
• OS version: iOS 16.5

they sent me a screenshot of a blank black screen, I have run the app on my iPad that is running OS version: IOS 16.5 and I faced no issues at all, the app ran perfectly, I also tried running it on simulators in xcode and it works perfectly.
