Extension chrome.cookies.getAll() error

chrome.cookies.getAll({partitionKey: {topLevelSite: ""}});
thows an error Unexpected property: 'partitionKey'

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Install WebToEpub extension from source as zip. Here you can download the problamatic .zip version https://nx39171.your-storageshare.de/s/W9dLy2DKQWmAajK file -> WebToEpub0.0.0.160.Chrome.zip
Go to https://www.fannovels.org/novel/hogwarts-dont-you-all-have-the-eye-of-god.html open extension WebToEpub. See error message. (Discussion here)
