Add in settings: Open New Links with target='_blank' in group tab + Right next to current tab even within group

Describe the solution you'd like

When any link whose target is '_blank' is clicked open it in tab group and that too next to current tab.

Eg. I have two tabs opened in group. Now in first tab if i click any link that has target _blank then link will be opened in same group and next to first tab between the first and second.

Brave has already implemented this.
