Describe the bug
Webrtc network limiter doesn't work
Webrtc leak prevent doesn't work
Nor do adguard extension's block webrtc work

To Reproduce
Install any of these extension and try to block webrtc and check it

Expected behavior
It should block webrtc but it doesn't

For developer: please, add switch off webrtc in options Kiwi!

I don't know why Kiwi team doesn't care about fixing this important bug :/
