If the user is unable to provide valid bitwarden credentials, setup-new-repo is stuck in a loop which eventually becomes unsolvable as Bitwarden replies Rate limit exceeded. Try again later.
It should respond correctly to ^C and exit in this case.

Worsen by #46 as an incorrect email leads to this.
