This is the first non-beta release of the packaged UWP app Wikivoyage by Kiwix.

This update contains the November 2020 Wikivoyage English ZIM (maxi), together with the changes in the CHANGELOG. It supports ZSTD-encoded ZIM archives, and also WebP image formats for Windows Mobile (the desktop UWP app natively supports WebP), so is forward-compatible with any new ZIMs that might be released with the new image format.
