Expand setpoint tracking functionality #639

Methods are currently the only type of setpoint tracking available. I have a use case that requires a Math controller to use used for a PID setpoint tracking. This issue is to track the progress of adding Input and Math controller measurements for setpoint tracking.

A radio button will be used to select either:

  1. Disable (use static setpoint)
  2. Method (select method)
  3. Measurement (select Input or Math measurement)
