feature request: "single header" C thumbhash

Hey there, cool project.
I was searching for a simple C implementation of thumbhash and found it here. but it has dependencies and needs them removed, so its not simply a drop-in lib.
I do realize the code is Licensed permissively, I really like that and I could thus do it myself, but I did not want to take the limelight away from you :)
And by "single header", I dont mean it literally, I do actually prefer .h + .c .
