This adds in the actual calculations for the V-R polynomial fit derived from Pecaut and Mamajek 2013 https://arxiv.org/pdf/1307.2657.pdf Table 5 data

This adds in the actual calculations for the V-R polynomial fit derived from Pecaut and Mamajek 2013 https://arxiv.org/pdf/1307.2657.pdf Table 5 data
More accurate V-R value and error calculations.
The plotting of the B-V and V-R bottom plot was not plotting correctly.
Added in the output of the B-V effective temperature error for the user.

Added some calculation updates and error changes.
This changes error calculations for both B-V and V-R
