bug: deployments job failing due to name of STARKNET_NETWORK in constants.py were modified #1061

Bug Report

Current behavior

In #1051, the name of starknet networks were changed,
Resulting in deployments job failing:
https://github.com/kkrt-labs/kakarot/actions/runs/8522543693

Recommendation

Delete deployments job, as now we don't redeploy Kakarot at every push on main.
