load services that are dependent on each other but need individual consent

Question

Is there a variable/attribute within the klaro.config to create a dependency of two services?

Description

If service"B" is accepted but not "A", "B" will not work because it will work only if "A" is loaded as well. But both need individual consent because they're loaded from different external resources. "A" however doesn't need "B" to be loaded.
