When running homi with --servicechain flag, homi allocates only 10^10 peb (10 ston) for the initial balance. Compared to other cases which allocate 10^50 peb, such balance is too small. Besides, after the Magma fork, the gasPrice is 50 ston with default settings - which means we cannot send a single transaction with the balance of 10 ston.
