Kleborate-viz is a web app to visualise the output of Kleborate - a genotyping tool for Klebsiella pneumoniae and its related species complex.
This wiki explains how to use Kleborate-viz and how to install a local version on your own computer. You can access the live version of Kleborate-viz here
A manuscript describing Kleborate-viz and the Kleborate software is currently in preparation.
Kleborate-viz is under active development alongside other Klebsiella genomic analysis tools and projects.
