Describe the bug
If the migration file does not have the migrate and/or rollback function. Then lambda VOID is called. And the following error occurs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a migration file
  2. Remove the migrate function from there
  3. Try to perform the migration

Expected behavior
I expected the migration to be executed
