Offline block sending and stress testing
New in this release:
- Fixes for UI glitches for long usernames

Document sending, overlay finetune
New in this version:
- Overlay works a lot better now
- Added sending documents
- Removed carrier information
- General bug fixing
Networking update and ePassport connection added
- Updated the way networking is done, all messages used for networking now use protocolbuffers, this is not backwards compatible
- Added functionality for connecting with the e-passport, at the moment the only functionality added is signing 8 byte strings with the passport. (will only work for some passports, tested with Dutch passports)
- Last seen field for peers added
