Map legend is hard to see when overlapping municipalities

This is what the legend looks like when zoomed far in - it's very hard to see what the legend says, and it looks weird. The legend should probably be placed in a non-transparent frame or something similar, at least when overlapping occurs.

Thanks for reporting this! This would be really valuable to fix.

Maybe we could make the text transparent, and then adding a CSS filter to invert the color of the background? Just a random idea, not sure if it works.
