I have a new install of Klipper on a heavily modified Ender 3 based printer with the SKR E3Mini v3 control board. The printer is working, in that it can print functional parts, and I'm now attempting to fine-tune the settings.
Following the instructions on the pressure advance page, I issued the SET_VELOCITY_LIMIT and checked that homing worked correctly which it did. I then used TUNING_TOWER COMMAND=SET_PRESSURE_ADVANCE PARAMETER=ADVANCE START=0 FACTOR=.005 and printed a sliced tuning tower, at which point the printer homed with the X axis moving the opposite direction and crashing into the end of its travel as a result. This feels like the wrong behaviour - resetting and following all steps except the TUNING_TOWER command resulted in a correctly homed printer.
Any idea why this is happening? It seems very strange that setting up the tuning tower has inverted the X homing (and possibly the other axes, I didn't wait to see) printer.cfg.txt
