Manta m5p endstop stuck on

I got my manta m5p and installed it but have one problem, the endstops are stuck on "TRIGGERED". The only one that says open at first is the y endstop but when i manually activate it then un activate it, it stays triggered. Nothing i do changes the triggered state. ive looked everywhere and decided to just ask. Ive verified the endstops and followed the directions to do so, nothing works. Any ideas?

The endstops worked on the previous board i upgraded from.
