经过测试，在Oracle和MySQL中的表只要有外键关联，就无法生成。
idea版本2019.2.4，MySQL版本5.7.23，Oracle版本11g。
删除.idea文件下的generator-config.xml，问题无法修复。

如果使用8.0版本的驱动，需要勾选mysql_8选项，同时url中，补充上useSSL和serverTimeZone参数，例如：jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/springboot?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8&useSSL=false&serverTimezone=Asia/Shanghai

在连接数据库的时候加上这个?useUnicode=true&characterEncoding=utf-8&useSSL=false&serverTimezone=Asia/Shanghai确实有用
