Your module uses Lingua::EN::Stem::Porter as dependency, but, unfortunately, for some reason both author's account and code repository are no longer available, so your module is no longer install-able.

We may work this out by reviving needed module, as it was licensed under MIT license, or maybe work on some other solution. Please, leave a reply if you would like to cooperate to fix this issue.
