link to repo code samples from docs pages #1259

for pages like this:
https://knative.dev/docs/eventing/samples/kubernetes-event-source/

I was surprised that they don't contain links to the code (e.g. the mentioned yaml files). After some poking around, I found the accompanying code for the above page here: https://github.com/knative/docs/tree/master/docs/eventing/samples/kubernetes-event-source
but we shouldn't make people search like that. (apologies if I missed something).

Same for the similar docs pages.
