Using the Admin Panel

While you can fully use KnetikCloud with the REST API and our SDKs, we offer an Admin UI as well for ease-of-use.

There are two ways to access your admin panel.

• Go directly to your admin panel at https://[YOUR-DOMAIN].sandbox.knetikcloud.com/admin
• Go to your home page at https://[YOUR-DOMAIN].sandbox.knetikcloud.com and click the "Control Panel" link in the upper right.

Logging into Admin

To access the admin panel, I will go directly to it at https://redwidget-widgetone.admin.sandbox.knetikcloud.com.

Using the username (admin) and password I received in my email when setting up my application, I can log into the panel.

Step 2. Navigation

The main page has Service selection on the left and graphs to track popular information like user registrations, purchases, etc.

Start experimenting! You can also check out the Services section in the sidebar, each service's documentation will have a relevant admin section to teach you how it works. Some sections are going to be trickier than others, but we will walk you through it if you need assistance.
