Mssql driver doesn't handle if multiple queries are sent to same transaction concurrently.
…ccident Instead of trying to generate sql from broken schema calls, just make exception to leak before query compiling is started
Also modified some connection test query to be mssql compatible

Also fixed various tests where postres dialect hadn't actually been tested at all.
