I didn't see tests for the other PostgreSQL specific schema commands but I can add some for these new ones if you want? |

The tests are now grouped together based on a nice facelift @vschoettke gave to the tests, feel free to add some if you'd like, if not I'll get around to it. |

Only found out about this on here. How come this isn't documented under http://knexjs.org/#Schema? |
