Environment

Knex version: 2.4.2
Database + version: PostgreSQL: 15.1
OS: Debian 15.1-1.pgdg110+1

Feature discussion / request

Postgres does have time with time zone column type, but there is no option to create a migration with it.
So I suggest you to add an optional parameter to the time method in creations for the PostgreSQL.
