背景：SpringBoot集成disconf，托管多数据源数据库、redis等连接信息。首次启动，拉取了相关配置文件，但是未及时注入到Spring，到时创建数据库连接时报错，spring.datasource.url 找不到。看了一圈Issues没有看到确切的解决方案。
给大家一个参考：启动类run方法执行前，创建disconf ioc容器对象
