Managing Matlab types

currently the Matlab types are set in the preferences. But this makes workflows that were used with different Matlab preferences incompatible (in certain cases). Therefore there should be at least be an error message that points clearly towards the preferences (so it can be fixed) or better would be a mechanism, that each node can override the global preferences (once it was saved).
