Evaluate Eclipse e4 #120

Task

Eclipse e4 will be the next main Eclipse release with a lot of new features like

Simpler declarative UI design
POJOs with Annotations and DI instead of inheritance
Eclipse Gemini Annotations http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/t/290891/

We should start a custom branch and testing/deploying with e4.

Problem

Hopefully Scala IDE will somehow work with e4. If a Maven build is
completely set up, this will be a smaller problem.

P2 Features are only available through the compatibility layer.
