Resolve Redisson Clash

Luke, Aaron, Ino to help them deploy a performance fix for involving redis on the internal msk tomcat

Done Condition (What do we need? Why do we need it? Keep this is small as possible!)

Redis works as a persistence cache on tomcat (while simultaneously acting as session manager)

Technical Description (How are we going to achieve the above)
