Stoping driver through indiwebmanager API leaves some dangling process #55

I think the issue is well summarized on this picture:

This behaviour is very detrimental, because it makes the API less useful, as one cannot remotely control servers in a robust manner.
This was obtained through running multiple driver stop/start through the api.

This is not an indiwebmanager issue but most likely indiserver or camera driver.
