As title say,
lack of notice/announcement of player killed by guard tower.
Pretty sure the resource for it is:

IDS_GUARD_TOWER_DEATH_ANNOUNCEMENT 185

Edit:
looking at DB side seems its valid:
Select*from server_Resource where nResourceID= '185'
result:

185 | - %s was killed by %s -
