When would this be useful? Would this serve as an alternative to the DEBUG=koa HTTP logging?

Hi @yoshuawuyts

It implements this format http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Common_Log_Format, and this is just koa middleware that outputs this information. It's not really alternative to debug which includes a lot of other way more interesting information.
