POC: Implement boost for artist

Let's see how we would like to boost building the social on-chain graph.
Starting using KODA::1.1.0::BOOST::$ADDRESS on creator address.
we could implement boost creator by clicking 🖤 on #1422 and on profile.

Condition to receive boost should be minimum at 0.1 $KSM

The boost
would be expiring after 1 month,
like subscription.

It should work like,
you can give an artist boost,
once you've already own a particular NFT the creator.

You can give only 1 BOOST per 1 owned NFT from Creator.

On the creator profile

we could show by default the total count of non-expired boosts,
valid for the current period per boost.

We can show the total number of boosts received
in the lifetime of the creator.

We can show the total value of received boosts,
both valid and expired.

Edge cases:

Got art from creator and you don't like it. - inb4 this case we're considering followership
You like crafts from the creator, but it's way pricey for you. - yes, that's how gated communities are created.

Sidedish:

rename GIFT to BOOST on profile once you own a particular NFT from the author.
based on BOOST level of artist we can show them in different way in gallery feed
we can then have one more dimension to play with #744

Why we are doing this

• kodadot would start slowly creating own moat
• artist can boost their profile if they want to in patronage way
• we can give per viewer better insights through Passion feed #744
