Load balance RPC endpoint for user

To avoid the particular end-users issues when a particular RPC provider doesn't work, let's add some load balancing checks in round robin fashion where it can try out other endpoints if the default fails.

have you tried changing different RPC endpoints at https://kodadot.xyz/settings ?

That worked, but this is not long term solution? Cannot we automatize this in the background so end user doesn’t have to care? Or we cannot change user’s endpoints?
