Refactor: chain agnostic components

We know about this issue, but this is another instance of it: app needs serious refactor and take a look at some of the existing logic / file structure. For starters, it would be nice to have chain-agnostic components and file paths to them.

this is something I've talked about with @vikiival multiple times, I'm labeling this as research as the timeline for such refactor was set to mid/late summer. In the meantime, feel free to shoot ideas ( for example if you see something that bothers you in the file structure), all the feedback will be appreciated @kodadot/code-review-guild
