Admin Panel doesn't show collections

I have collections for sure, they don't load up here

1. find out why, and fix it -> I suppose some query doesn't work as expected
2. even when there are no collections, can we change the design of empty dropdown to look a bit more pleasing? As opposed to the one on the picture

Do you mean that the dropdown should be in above rather than below when it is empty?

Not sure if that's the correct solution here, I'd just go for everything which doesn't result in that see-through empty dropdown which covers part of the text by it's border. Maybe move the text below a bit lower to avoid this?

now Admin panel disappeared from the navbar options.

when visited through link, it still doesn't show collections as described above, however, the styling issue seems to be fixed
