Feature request: documenting descriptions of fields in CSV datasets

I would like to add the option to provide descriptions of what the fields inside CSV datasets mean / measure. This can be captured with JSON arrays of https://schema.org/PropertyValue objects for the https://schema.org/variableMeasured property. We can also capture the method by which this variable is calculated with https://schema.org/measurementTechnique
