Feature request: Reviews with attachments

Some reviewers would like to share annotated pdfs with authors.

It would be great if reviewers could upload such an annotated file together with their review, and that authors could download this annotated file once they see the review.

If this feature already exists even better, but then I could not find how to enable it :-)

Hotcrp comments support attachments and their visibility can be set to 'eventually visible to authors (anonymous to authors)', so it seems this mechanism could be used.
