Describe the bug

使用 yarn pub 发布包但是失败时仍然显示成功发布，如下图：

Steps to reproduce

开启 npm 2fa 并通过 yarn pub 发布包，但是不填写 otp 或者 token。

Expected behavior

当发布包失败时，提示哪些包发布失败并显示原因。
