Add -Wext-lambda-captures-this for CUDA11 and nvcc

Generate warning when an extended lambda implicitly captures this (https://docs.nvidia.com/cuda/cuda-compiler-driver-nvcc/index.html#generic-tool-options-Wext-lambda-captures-this).

Until someone demand an option to opt out because he does not want to see the warnings, that his code works just fine, maybe because the code never gets executed :)
